Role Responsibilities

• Help the MZZ Africa Founders with the direction of MZZ going forward
• Offer advice and expertise to clients to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy
• Direct a 4-6 person MZZ Africa Team, helping to allocate tasks appropriately to each skillset and ensuring each member completes all assigned tasks with quality and in a timely manner
• Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain further understanding of the business
• Detect issues and investigate ways to resolve them
• Develop and implement new procedures or training
• Produce deliverables that align with client expectations and requests
• Attend agreed-upon client meetings and general body meetings
• Check-in on each team member multiple times a week
• Define the initial project length
• Develop a project brief and execute on a timeline to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage a Gantt chart, producing weekly and monthly deliverables and communicating every week with the respective Startup Point-of-Contact
• Coordinate weekly or monthly pitches to Startup Founder
